Setsuko Pastry will finally re-start Japanese baking & cooking classes this year!
We will bake a popular Japanese bread called Melon pan! It’s a soft & sweet bread wrapped in sweet cookie.

Fee: $60 (including Japanese organic tea service)

Very exciting! While we can’t make this class, we would love to see more cooking classes. Some things that would be fun to learn to make are your green tea cake and your tsukemono (especially the pickled cucumber)!
